ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Luxury villa with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool and private secluded garden with own private shared driveway. Fantastic unobstructed views of the ocean from our terraces and roof terrace. Large sitting room and large kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday. 6 sunloungers and 2 tables with 8 chairs. We believe our villa is located in one of the prime positions on Rocha Brava. New! Now an all weather table tennis table.
The whole property has just been repainted to a very high standard. We return in late September for our winter stay and we always carry out improvements which are for our use and our guests. Rocha Brava has everything your children could want. Swimming pools, play areas, tennis courts, baby sitting service from reception, restaurants and a coffee bar.
The property is very well maintained. The gardens are cared for by "Green Fingers" whom are probably the best maintanance team on the Algarve. We have the services of Rocha Brava and also our own charming Portuguese maid.
Each year we are improving for our benefit and yours.
This is a privately owned villa and all our previous guests have respected this. 2007 new bathroom installed, terrace with sea views extended and an all weather table tennis table.
Cot and high chair available on site.
KITCHEN:
Kitchen with electric cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dryer.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Large sitting room with digital TV, log fire, portable electric radiator and portable gas fire, radio/cassette sterio.
BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bath/shower etc.
Guest bedroom with shower cubicle etc.
2 Twin bedded bedrooms with ajoining large bathroom, bath/shower etc.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes for storage etc.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Maid service is provided for arrival and departure PLUS half way clean and change of linens, each week of stay. We also now have our own private maid who comes each Thursday for 3 hours.
Linen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Normally Saturdays.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Jasmine is situated on the Rocha Brava complex but we are lucky to be in a secluded area, which has its on private entrance driveway.
We have a full sea view from the ground floor terraces or the roof terrace and nearby we have the Au Farol Lighthouse whose beam passes over the roof of the villa , every night.
We are 5 minutes from a Par 3 Golf Course and on the complex are 4 tennis courts, with coaching and a gymn.
On the complex there are restaurants, small supermarkets, and a coffee bar. 3 swimming pools. Childrens play area.
The nearest beach is approx 7 minutes walk. Also have a look at the Rocha Brava Website. We are No 131.
