ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
PATIO:
Fully managed gardens approx 1000sq metres with automatic irrigation system. Private pool with sun loungers. Dining area with wicker furniture dining table an chairs. Large traditional style Greek barbecue. For a shaded area there is a second dining table and chairs to the rear of the property.

Large parking area with carport to keep car shaded.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with latest appliances including fan oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher plus a host of essential small appliances, cutlery and crockery.
DINING AREA:
With designer leather table and chairs for up to 6 guests. Patio doors to pool and terrace. Sea views from dining area.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Spacious, light and airy with patio doors to pool and terrace. Designer leather corner sofa unit. TV, DVD surround sound system with USB/IPOD connector, PS2, selection of movies and games. Computer and high speed internet with WIFI. Air-conditioning.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 king size bed, ample storage space including fitted wardrobes. Patio doors to furnished balcony.
Bedroom 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, door onto furnished balcony. Sea views.
Bedroom 3 loft bedroom twin beds, air-conditioning, sea views.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Maid service is once a week – prior to your arrival and mid stay during a 14 night rental. Additional cleaning on request (payable locally).
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Preferred changeover day is Saturday. However depending on availability we may accept alternative days. Depart - 11am and arrive - 4pm. Please email if you need different times and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
LINEN NOTES:
Bedlinen, duvets and Egyptian cotton towels (except beach) provided.
BABY FACILITY:
We have a full size cot and high chair.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Coast/Beach
You have a large selection of beaches to choose from nearby. There is a beach across the road from the villa approx 10 mins walk situated next to Lindos Memories hotel. Lindos beach is very beautiful and is only 5 minutes by car. Pefkos Beach is also 5 mins by car.
Golf
There is a 18 hole golf course which is approx 25 mins drive situated in Afandou. As an alternative there is a crazy golf course in Pefkos 10 mins drive.
Travel
Airport approx 40 mins by car. Car hire not essential but handy for exploring more of the island. There is a bus stop at the end of the driveway. Taxis are very frequent at the bottom of road and can also be called out to the villa. Phone Number for local taxis in villa handbook. The prices stated are per week and include the rental of the whole villa There are no extra charges supplements. The villa sleeps up to six people plus cot Longer shorter stay price on request. No under 25 group bookings.
Should your stay overlap two price bands the period of stay will be charged pro rata. Additional villas can be arranged for larger parties. We are happy to take bookings all year round. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
There is also a £150 security bond - this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred) this needs to be sent with the final balance. Payment can be made by cheque or internet bank transfer. Full details of the booking conditions will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking.
BATHROOM/ENSUITE:
Family bathroom with wc, washbasin, bath with shower, high quality UK standard sanitary ware, with large mirror and shaving point. Fully tiled throughout.
Downstairs cloakroom toilet, wash basin, large mirror.
