ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Our villa is located in Blue Line Residence, an exclusive, beautifully landscaped retreat set into the hillside with spectacular sea views. Villa Lindos Blue, fully air-conditioned and with its own private pool, is located at the far end in a truly peaceful location.
A welcome pack containing useful essentials awaits guests on arrival. A useful guest services manual is provided in the villa, it contains handy information along with contact phone numbers for our friendly villa management team.
POOL:
Large 8m x 4m private pool for sole use of villa guests. Surrounding patio commanding spectacular sea views with six quality sun loungers. Underwater lighting.
PATIO:
Front (pool side)and rear patios capturing the sun all day long. Wooden table and chairs for al freso dining. BBQ provided.
GARDEN:
The beautiful walled garden commands great views of the sparkling Aegean Sea. It comprises both lawn & gravel areas, perfect for a game of garden Jenga or Pétanque (both games provided). There's a spacious sun terrace with ample space for sun bathing (sun loungers provided). For alfresco dining there's a large wooden table, parasol and chairs. The villa also has its own traditional masonry BBQ. The swimming pool and surrounding tiled patio keep the sun throughout the day.
PARKING:
Villa Lindos Blue is set on a large plot and has dedicated parking for several cars.
KITCHEN:
Fitted kitchen with brand new appliances, including integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, coffee machine and other mod cons.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Large bright and airy living room with corner sofa unit. Flat screen TV with freeview satellite. Feature chess set, choice of popular board games. Patio doors to pool terrace. Dining area with table and chairs to seat six, sliding doors to sun terrace.
BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom with king size bed and roof terrace.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and sea facing balcony.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and sea facing balcony.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Villa cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Additional cleaning on request for a small charge, payable locally.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Changeover days Wednesday and Saturday. Other days of the week possible dependent on time of year. Arrival time: After 4pm. Vacation time: Before 12 noon.
LINEN NOTES:
Luxury 400 thread count bed linen provided. Top quality bath, face and hand towels provided. Beach towels not provided.
BABY FACILITY:
A travel cot and highchair are provided.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Rhodes airport and historical Rhodes Town are around 40 mins away by car. Lindos, with its magnificent Acropolis, is just 5 mins drive away or 25 on foot. Pefkos village, 1.5km south of the villa has a beautiful beach along with plenty of shops, tavernas and bars. 5km beyond Pefkos is Lardos with its traditional Greek square. Prassonissi, the most southerly point on the island, is a half hour's drive. This is where the Mediterranean meets the Aegean and is a windsurfer's paradise!
Rhodes itself is the largest of the Dodecanese islands. It has become known as the ‘Sunshine Island' as it basks in more than 300 days of sun each year! Talk to anyone who has been - Lindos is very special. Not quite like anywhere you've been before. Traditional buildings, car free streets, sandy beaches and of course the ancient Acropolis are just some of what Lindos has to offer. There are many shopping opportunities in the pretty cobbled passage ways of Lindos. As for bars, cafes and eateries - there is an array to suit all tastes. You can choose between a romantic roof top restaurant, a family run taverna, or a true 'fine dining' experience - no matter where you end up you'll be assured of a warm welcome. Villa Lindos Blue offers you the best of everything, from lazy days by your private pool to trips to the beach, or how about a day in cosmopolitan yet historical Rhodes Town?
BOOKING NOTES:
Please note that the pool with not be filled between November & March.
The villa rental cost is fully inclusive of air conditioning, water and electricity.
Prices are for the whole villa per week in UK pounds. Monthly bookings attract a discount. Off season rentals available, please contact us for details.
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure. There is a £150 security bond, this is held by us and returned immediately after your holiday providing no damage has occurred. Of course we accept that accidents happen, the purpose of the bond is simply to deter wilful neglect of our villa and its furnishings. Payment currency is UK pounds by personal cheque or internet bank transfer.
