The villa is situated just 5 min. walk from the local sandy beach. There are number of other beautiful sandy beaches within 5-10 min. drive including Turtle Beach and Club, Vogue Beach Club, Acapulco Resort, etc.
Korineum Golf Course (appr. 5 min drive) is a brand new championship golf course with excellent practice facilities including 3 dedicated training holes and spectacular driving range. Fantastic clubhouse facilities include 200 seater restaurant, bar, spa, gym and hotel facilities.
Acapulco resort - appr.10 min. drive - has a number of bars, a resraurant, casino, disco, the biggest in North Cyprus swimming pool with kids area and water slopes, etc.
For those interesting in diving and horse riding there are a number of schools and clubs in the surrounding area.
North Cyprus has a magnificent history with a lot of places of interest which you can reach within a short drive from the villa, among which are Kyrenia Castle, The St. Hilarion Castle, Shipwreck Museum, The Buffavento Castle, The Bellapais Monastry, The Folk Arts Museum, The Sourpmager Monastry, The Anthipanitis Church, The Icon Museum, Lambousa, Lapta (Lapithos), Vrysi (Catalkoy), The Hz. BOOKING NOTES:

A 20%, non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the reservation, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of booking. Cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to date of booking will be subject to full payment. A breakage allowance of £200 will also be required which will be fully refunded once the accommodation has been cleaned and checked.
