The villa comprises the main entrance which leads into the very roomy salon with feature fireplace, television / DVD and CD player, and two sofas and two chairs which seats 6 people, sofas fold down into beds, from there into a very spacious kitchen / diner which seats 6 people comfortably. Kitchen is fully fitted with beautifully cream coloured cupboards and comes with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, all crockery and utensils also supplied.
Ground floor bedroom with single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, has patio doors, which onto the terrace, next to this bedroom is a bathroom. Going up to the first floor via the marble stairs this leads onto a gallery walkway, which overlooks the salon, which also leads to the two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, both fitted with Mediterranean style furnishings and both have French style balconies.

From the salon there are patio doors, which lead onto the large terrace with some of the most stunning views, where you can eat alfresco style if you wish, there are patio doors that lead from the dinning area to the terrace, and another set of patio doors, which lead out onto the private pool area, and sunbathing area.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
