This 17th century mill complex of renovated holiday cottages faces south over meadows towards woodland. Set in a hidden valley amidst the rolling Deux Sevres landscape Les Jincheres is the ideal place from which to discover this wonderful region.

Restored by an architect, Les Jincheres has been renovated to a high standard. Great care has been taken to provide comfortable accommodation while respecting the unique spirit of the old buildings. For those wanting to relax and unwind Les Jincheres is the ideal location. The swimming pool is a lovely place to lounge while those who have gardens can sit in their own private havens. The lake has plenty of 'carp' in it and is regularly visited by the kingfisher.

This is large two bedroomed cottage with beamed ceilings. The two bedrooms are both en-suite, one double and one twin. Downstairs is a large sitting/dining room with wood burning stove and central heating onto which a well equipped kitchen opens which includes a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.

This cottage can be a two bedroomed or one bedroomed let.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Saturday is change over day, but we are more than happy to change this day out of high season to suit your travel arrangements.

LINEN NOTES:

Linen can be provided and costs £7 per single bed per week and £10 per double bed per week.

BABY FACILITY:

High chair and cot available with prior arrangement.

ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:

For the children there is a play area with a table tennis table, a knockabout badminton / volley ball court, swing-ball, football net etc., for the smaller children there is a sandpit, paddling pool, table/chairs etc.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

Les Jincheres is ideal for those holidaying or house hunting during the mid and low seasons, its tranquillity, wildlife and bird-life is fantastic. Cycling, walking, bird watching are all on your doorstep.

Within an hour of Les Jincheres you can find the ATLANTIC COAST (La Rochelle being a favourite resort) FUTUROSCOPE, PUY DU FOU, PESCALIS (a major fishing are) GOLF COURSES AND MUCH MORE.

BOOKING NOTES:

Logis du Meunier 2/3 occupancy (1 double) £250 per week

Prices in the table are per property per week and include cooking gas, electricity and logs.

Discounts are available for bookings over three weeks.
