ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

We own and manage several mobile homes on the 20 hectre campsite "Les Prairies De La Mer" in the sunny South Of France, Port Grimaud, the campsite has it's own beach and has views of St Tropez and the surrounding area.

The campsite has excellent facilities including daytime and evening entertainment, mini fairground, tennis courts, basketball, watersports and children's play areas. There are two supermarkets on site, resturants, bars a hairdresser, newsagents and various gift shops. There is a hire shop on site and an excursions office and currency bureau.

Our mobile homes range from luxury with air conditioning and freeview tv to standard mobile homes all of a very good quality depending on your budget. All our mobiles sleep 6 and are very well equipped with kettles, toasters, microwave ovens, cookers and fridges or fridge/freezers, all have an iron and ironing board and all are in very good plots on the site in a central location.

POOL:

There is no pool but the campsite sits directly on the bay of St Tropez and has a beach. There is a water park in St Maxime around 10 mins away and there is a larger one in Frejus around 45 mins away. The campsite does excursions to both parks

PARKING:

There is a parking space beside each of our mobile homes

BEDROOMS:

All mobiles have two bedrooms a bedroom with a double bed and bedroom with two singles, there is also a pull out bed in the lounge area

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Mid week bookings and weekends are acceptable please contact us for prices

LINEN NOTES:

Duvets and pillows are provided but clients are asked to bring their own covers, pillowcases and towels. These can also be hired on site for a charge

BABY FACILITY:

The campsite is family friendly with plenty for children of all ages, there is a babyland which is a covered area with plastic playhouses and equipment and another play area for older children with sliders, roundabouts and other play things. There is a mini fairground on site with trampolines and a bouncy castle, there is a train ride for the little ones and amusements

BOOKING NOTES:

Please note that payment should be made by cheque made payable to Michelle James and a 30% deposit is required. The balance is payable 8 weeks before you arrive. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made with less than 4 weeks to go we are unable to refund the balance and this will be lost.

BATHROOM/ENSUITE:

Our standard mobile home has a bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet and our deluxe and luxury mobile homes have a bathroom with walk in shower and sink and a separate toilet
