ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
LE NOYER, a three bedroom gite (sleeping 5) with comfortable open-plan living accommodation, carefully restored from a 200 year old rural building retaining traditional features of exposed oak beams and stone walls.
The ground floor comprises a fully fitted kitchen area, with adjoining dining area and living area. On the first floor there are a double bedroom; a twin-bedded room and a single bedroom; plus a spacious shower room with WC.
Our gites are situated amongst mature oak trees, and 2 acres of gardens with french doors opening onto private sheltered terraces with BBQs and with front aspect overlooking established gardens. You will be surrounded by green tranquillity, foliage and nature with an abundance of bird life at very close hand.
Our Gites are equipped with:-
Satellite TV and DVD Player
Selection of indoor games and books
Fully fitted kitchen in Oak, including oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and all those other kitchen needs.
Heated towel rail in the shower room.
Childrens equipment, e.g. high chair; cot and stairgate (on request).
Pillows, duvets and bed linen (optional) are provided for each bedroom. Please bring your own towels with you.
Private terrace with patio table, chairs, parasol and BBQ.

POOL:
Our in-ground swimming pool measures 8.6 metres x 4.3 metres with approved collective filtration system for gites. It is plunge alarmed and fenced for your security.
South facing terraced areas with pool-side furniture including sun-loungers and parasols.
GARDEN:
FACILITIES

Childrens Play Area with swings and slides etc. suitable for children aged between 3 and 12.
Outdoor games including badminton, soft-tennis and football.
Fully accessible 7-acre field for kite flying, ball games nature strolls, peace and quiet or letting the children loose on!
PARKING:
The gites are approached via a separate, gated entrance drive lined with fruit trees, leading to the private parking area.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Cleaning is not included in the price and guests are respectfully required to leave the gite clean and tidy, as it is presented to them, in anticipation of the arrival of the next guests. Anyone wishing not to do this may ask for our cleaning service which is chargable and requires at least 2 days notice.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Changeover day is Saturday.
Arrival is at 4pm and departure at 10am.
Out of season clients may request alternative changeover days.
LINEN NOTES:
Bed linen is optional but included in the price, however guests are required to provide their own towels.
PET NOTES:
We are sorry but pets are not allowed.
BABY FACILITY:
Cot with mattress, baby bath, high chair and stairgates available on request

Le Portail Bleu, situated in the hamlet of La Cour au Mercier, nestles in the countryside 3kms from the villages of Teillay and Rougé, (equidistant between the market towns of Chateaubriant and Bain-de-Bretagne).
