Mezzanine: Velux window; large, open plan bedroom with twin beds. There are also two folding beds and a cot which are stored in this area.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeovers: Wednesday or Saturday changeovers, subject to availability

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

Peaceful, rural location with an abundance of local facilities, including swimming, tennis, golf, sailing, riding, a zoo, shops, bars and restaurants.
Ideally placed to visit many sandy beaches, as well as Dinan, St. Malo, Dinard, Mont St. Michel, Rennes, Combourg, numerous chateaux amd miles of beautiful, unspoilt countryside.

Situated near Dinan, only 30 minutes from the channel port of St. Malo (Brittany Ferries) and Dinard airport (Ryanair).

BOOKING NOTES:

Prices shown are for up to 6 people. For additional guests, please add £25 per person per week.

Security deposit: A refundable £100 per cottage security deposit will be requested prior to arrival. This is to cover accidental breakages, etc.

Payment:
We ask for a 30% non-returnable deposit at time of booking, with the balance plus security deposit payable 8 weeks before arrival date. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard.

Long Winter Lets: Ideal for house hunting and available on a monthly basis between 1 October and 31 March. Please contact us for details.
