ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
The Palms is a two bedroomed single storey house which is in Las Americas II a small residential development (59 properties) in Corralejo parque.
It has a rear garden with table, chairs and sunbeds, large roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and over to Lanzarote, the terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds & a shared pool is located on the development.

The nearest Bars, restaurants & supermarket are only a 5 minute walk from the Palms,
The house comprises a fully fitted American styled kitchen in light beech with black work surfaces a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, microwave, washer and a large fridge freezer.
The lounge has a T.V, DVD player, CD player & a games console, a library of DVD’s and also a selection of games for use with the games console. Modern furnishings compliment this room, Satellite TV with many English speaking channels is also be provided, the lounge has mood lighting and a ceiling fan.
A Yale home safe is available (free) for the use of our guests.

CLEANING INFORMATION:
Changeover day
Normally Wednesday although we do try to be flexible. On the day of arrival the villa will be available for guests from 1500hrs. On day of departure please vacate the villa by 1000hrs for cleaning purposes.
LINEN NOTES:
Towels and linen are included. Cleaning/linen change - weekly.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Travel
35 minutes drive from the airport (approx 38km). There are a number of car hire companies located within the airport terminal with reasonably priced taxis also being widely available. Car hire is recommended.

Corralejo 1km (20 min walk)
Nearest beach 1km.
Calleta De Fuste 40 min drive.
El Cottilo 15 min drive.

In Corralejo there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and of course not forgetting the Water Park & bowling alley.
