ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Villa Roma is a recently completed 3 bedroom villa, located in a quiet area of the Secret Valley golf complex. It provides air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Outside, the rear garden contains the large pool, and has far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. It is ideally located for either golf lovers, or those looking for a relaxing break. Paphos and the west coast of Cyprus are within easy reach of the villa.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, which also provides heating during the winter months.
POOL:
The private pool is 10m x 5m, ranging from 0.9m to 1.8m depth.
GARDEN:
The garden is enclosed, and provides outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. Sunloungers with cushions for 6 are provided, as are large sun umbrellas. There is also a large outside dining table with 6 comfortable chairs.
PARKING:
The villa has a private drive, and a car port area with a tiled roof.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped, including full oven and 4 ring hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.
DINING AREA:
Dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs. The dinig area has an air-conditioning unit.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Living area contains comfortable 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, and armchair. 29" TV, with DVD and Satellite system receiving UK television channels. Occasional furniture, and Radio/CD player. The lounge area has an air-conditioning unit, which can provide heating in the winter months.
BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and air-conditioning.
Two further twin bedrooms, each with air-conditioning.
All bedrooms have dressing tables, mirror, and private balconies.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Changeover day is generally Wednesday or Sunday. Late departures are allowed, provided the villa is not required for incoming guests.
LINEN NOTES:
Bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. These are changed at least every week during a longer stay, and more frequently by arrangement.
PET NOTES:
Sorry, no pets are allowed
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Villa Roma is located within the Secret Valley golf complex. This includes a high quality 18 hole course and driving range. There is a modern club house with bar and restaurant, and a well equipped pro shop.
Aphrodite Hills golf course is around 5 minutes away, providing an alternative 18 hole course. A third course, Tsada, is a 20 minute drive away.

Main bathroom has full bath with shower.
En-suite has shower.
Separate toilet downstairs off the living area.
