ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to our Highgate Park Villa, a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,500 sq ft house/villa, over two floors, with is own private heated pool set in an exclusive new gated community within Legacy Park located off Highway 27, within just a few minutes reach of all your Disney needs and more in Orlando, Florida.
The villa is located in quiet location, with its only private extended pool deck area and heated pool. Orlando International airport is only 25-30 minutes and 50-55 minutes from Sanford Airport. Disney World Main Gate is just a 10 Minute Drive, Universal Studios is 25 minutes away, Sea World just 15 minutes and Kennedy Space Centre is about one hours drive.
The house is fully air conditioned throughout, together with ceiling fans in the family room, and master bedroom.
POOL:
The Pool area has been extended in order that you can enjoy your days laying around the pool in comfort. Sun loungers and table and chairs are provided for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £85.00 per week, recommended from November - March.
There is also an outside shower for your use.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your catering needs
UTILITY AREA:
There is a seperate utility room which includes the following:
. Washing machine
. Tumble dryer
. Ironing Board
. Iron
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
There are two reception rooms, the family room which has a 32" plasma TV and DVD player and overlooks the pool area and has two sofas, coffee table. There is also a formal living area which has two sofa's, coffee table and a dining room table and chairs for 6.
The downstairs of the villa is all open plan, so no need for those in the kitchen missing out!
BEDROOMS:
The house is a four bedded house, with one master suite which consists of a super king bed, together with a seating area with a sofa and coffee table, TV, bedside cabinets and dresser with draws.
The two twin bedrooms comprise of two single beds, and dressers, one of the twin bedrooms has a TV with a PS2 and games. Both bedrooms have walk in closets.
The king size bedroom is located downstairs and has a walk in closet together with a dresser, TV and bedside cabinets.
GAMES ROOM:
The Villa comes with a games room, which consists of the following:
. 7ft Snooker Table
. Magnetic Darts
. Basketball shooting hoops
. Mini pool table and fuse ball
CLEANING INFORMATION:
The house is cleaned after each guest departs.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Change over day is fully flexible - check out time is 10.00am and check in time is after 4.00pm. It may be possible to offer you a later check out time if the villa is available.
LINEN NOTES:
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
PET NOTES:
No pets allowed under any circumstances
BABY FACILITY:
A Cot, together with bedding is provided for your use, free of charge. A highchair is also provided for your use, again free of charge.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Located just of Highway 27, the villa is in a ideal location for Disney and the many other attractions of Orlando, Florida.
The Gulf Coast is about an hours drive away.
There is a Publix supermarket approximately 2 mins by car and a 24 hour Super Centre Walmart about 5 mins away by car.
Numerous resturants are located about about 10 mins away by car.
BOOKING NOTES:
A deposit of £150.00 is required to secure the booking and the remaining outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit is also required at this time for £250, this will be returned to you provided no damage has occured during your stay.
BATHROOM/ENSUITE:
The villa has three en-suite bathrooms:
. Master suite includes, walk in closet, toliet, two wash basins, hairdryer,
walk in double shower, and seperate bath.
. Two twin rooms share a bathroom/shower consiting of wash basin, hairdryer,
toliet and bath/shower
. King bedroom downstairs consists of wash basin, hairdryer, toliet and
bath/shower
