The cool charm of this apartment lends it an overwhelming sense of peacefulness and calm which is hard to find in these modern times. The perfect place to bring along that special book you have been promising yourself to read for so long!
PARKING:
If you come to Venice by car, please contact us for details on how to reach the nearest parking area to the apartment.
A car is not of any use at all in the city, as all transport is by water.
You can find details of local public water transport and the parking areas on our sister web site in the useful resources section. This area of the web site requires a username and password, made available to all those who book through us.

CLEANING INFORMATION:
Final clean included in rental costs.
Please make sure you remove any rubbish from the apartment before you leave.
If you have used the oven, please make sure that this is left clean.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
We can normally be flexible about your departure time, providing there are no guests due in immediately after your visit. Please enquire locally.
Normal arrival time after 4pm.
Normal departure time by 10am.
Any arrivals after 7pm will be charged an extra £25 (Euros 35,00) surcharge (per apartment).
This same surcharge applies to all day Sunday or Italian public holiday arrivals.
The surcharge is to be paid locally.
LINEN NOTES:
Use of all bath and bed linen included for the specified number of occupants.
If your stay is for longer than one week, a change of linen is included.
Should you require further changes during your stay, please enquire for the additional costs.
ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:
There are a number of table-top games such as cards and scrabble in the apartment.
Close by there are various opportunities for sports eg.tennis, golf, sailing, canoeing, rowing, beach, swimming pools, private boat excursions (www.how-i-see-things.com) for small parties.
