ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
The appartment is located about 1.5 km south of the town centre. It is one of several flats in an estate and has a garden with swimming pool and outdoor shower shared between the flats. Two small shops within about 200 metres.
Situated on the 1st floor. Balcony facing the sea, and a porch on the other side of the building, where one can catch the morning sun.
POOL:
The pool is shared among all the flats of the estate. There are some pool regulations to be found in our flat guide in the lounge
PATIO:
The appartment has a covered balcony with view to the sea and the Siren rocks, which are famous through Homer's "Odyssey". The balcony is sunny from early afternoon.
There is a small grill that can be used on the balcony.
GARDEN:
The garden is shared among all the flats of the estate.
PARKING:
No special area for parking, but cars can be left outside the estate fence, along the street.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with fridge w/small freezer compartment, hotplates, microwave oven or baking oven (according to request), water kettle. The cupboards hold cutlery and crockery, pots and pans for 4 people.
UTILITY AREA:
The appartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
DINING AREA:
The dining area in the lounge has seating for 4 people.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Sat. TV, radio, a small selection of paperback books, Sitting area and dining area for up to 4 people. A sleeping couch can sleep 1-2 people. The lounge is air conditioned and has in addition a ceiling ventilator.
BEDROOMS:
One bedroom with twin beds, spacious wardrobe.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
The final cleaning at departure is included in the rent. Extra cleaning in between can be arranged.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
No special changeover day

Bed linen is provided.
