ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Just 10 minutes from Disney, our comfortable and welcoming air-conditioned villa has its own caged 28ft x 12 ft pool. We're in a secure gated community, set among orange groves and lakes, with Louisa National Park 5 minutes away. Either coast is within easy reach, and there are many championship golf courses close by. Fishing is a popular sport in the area.
There's a choice of 3 large supermarkets, together with fast food outlets, gas stations, DVD hire, banks and post office.
Our development is 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and about an hour from Tampa and Sanford.
POOL:
The pool area is extra large, and has high quality padded pool beds, together with table and chairs for al fresco dining. You also have use of our garden.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, jug kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal unit, pots, pans, china, cutlery, cooking utensils. We have a BBQ for your use.
UTILITY AREA:
All linen is provided, and there is a laundry room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Our villa has 2 extremely large living areas.
BEDROOMS:
It also has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed, with en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds in each. All bedrooms are carpeted for comfort, and have both air conditioning and ceiling fans.
LINEN NOTES:
All linen is provided, and there is a laundry room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:
In the garage you will find a foosball table, darts, tennis and badminton racquets, basketball, quoits, and items for playing in water. We also have books, jigsaws, and games.
BOOKING NOTES:
10 per day - Pool heat
£14 per item per week - Cots/High Chairs
£18 per week - Rollaway beds
GARAGE NOTES:
