AVAILABILITY CALENDAR:

POOL:

There is a large shared swimming pool on the complex for use of visitors and a childrens pool. It is overlooked by the roof terrace of the villa. The pool is open from mid June to mid September

PATIO:

There is patio furniture on the roof terrace, master bedroom terrace and the ground floor terrace. On departure we request that the downstairs patio furniture is replaced inside the villa and the chairs on the bedroom balcony be placed inside the bedroom. Thank you.
Sunloungers are available for use in the garden or by the pool, but once again please return them to the villa each day and before departure return them inside the villa for future use of guests. Thank you.

GARDEN:

The villa is surrounded by garden area and planted with several fruit trees and small palms.

PARKING:

There is a large car parking area available for the complex.

KITCHEN:

There are two kitchens within the villa, one on the ground floor fitted with oven and hob, microwave, large fridge, kettle and toaster as well as all crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. There is a dining table and chairs.

On the roof terrace there is a small kitchen which has a gas hob, small electric oven, kettle. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located here also.

On the roof terrace there is a large table and chairs for outdoor dining.

UTILITY AREA:

The small kitchen on the roof terrace contains the washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use. There are facilities for drying clothes and towels on the roof terrace.

DINING AREA:

There are several dining areas in the villa. Patio table and chairs on the downstairs terrace adjacent to the lounge, kitchen dining table and chairs inside. On the balcony for the master bedroom a small table and two chairs are available and on the roof terrace there is a large patio table with chairs.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The villa has an open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen area has a dining table and is equipped with all the necessities. The lounge has comfortable seating for 8 and has a TV, dvd player and occasional tables for your use.

BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. Two twin rooms and one double room. The master bedroom has a private balcony with table and chairs. All have bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe.

GAMES ROOM:

Board games available in the villa.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. If you book a two week stay a mid break maid service is available with a change of linen.
If you require additional services it is available at cost. Please ask for details when booking.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

The villa should be vacated by 3pm on day of departure. If you have a late flight, we may be able to extend this time depending on the next arrivals at the villa. If we are unable to extend the time, cases etc may be left, on request at BarBekar, the local bar/restaurant. Please leave the villa clean and tidy on your departure.

LINEN NOTES:

Bed linen and towels for use inside the villa are provided. Please bring your own beach towels for use by the pool and on the beach.

PET NOTES:

Pets are not allowed at Villa Crisanaud under any circumstances.

BABY FACILITY:

A small cot is available

ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:

In the villa you will find a selection of DVD's, board games and cards. There are items for play in the swimming pool. Please return these to the villa at all times so they will be available for future guests to use.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

There is a public beach approx 1-2km from the villa which has bars and restaurants,Kadriye Beach Park, there is also a new beach park area in Belek. Watersports are available here.

Also in the area is horse riding, paintballing, jet skis etc.

Excursions can be booked for white water rafting, quad bike safaris, jeep safaris, shopping, city tours, historic sights and many others. There is information on these in the villa.

BOOKING NOTES:

Transfers can be arranged to and from the villa. This is payable on arrival.

A deposit of £100 per week booked is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 56 days prior to your holiday, or on booking if earlier.

We request a returnable security deposit of £100. From this we take the cost of electricity which has been used when our house manager notifies us of the cost, (within 14 days) and the balance is returned to you subject to the property being left in a clean and tidy condition. Damages will be charged for.

Please advise as soon as possible your flight numbers and arrival times at Antalya airport. This is required whether or not you have booked transfers.

GARAGE NOTES:

A car park is available at the top of the complex. Please park your car here and not on the road outside the villa.

BATHROOM/ENSUITE:

Inside the villa there is a W.C. downstairs and a shower room with W.C. on the 1st floor. On the roof terrace there is an outside shower ideal for the summer.
