ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Maison D'Olivier is a modern house, which has been tastefully decorated and will accomodate 6 with comfort.
It is located in Villesequelande, which is 15 minutes drive from historic Carcassonne. Within easy reach of the Mediterranean coast and the hills of Montagne Noire. Many interesting sites to visit, Mirepoix, Castelnaudary, the bastide villages, lakes and of course the Canal du Midi (5 minutes WALK) from the house. There are many enjoyable activities from walking, cycling, water sports to wine tasting, visiting the Cathar castles or just relaxing in the private pool.
Access is also very good with many of the low cost airlines flying to Carcassonne (approx. 10 mins), Perpignan (approx. 1 hour), and Toulouse (approx 1 hour)
POOL:
The pool is fenced to French safety standard (no annoying alarm).
There is a shower in the shade of the olive tree.
Roman steps at shallow end.
Solar assisted heating by the pipes on the roof.
PATIO:
Extensive covered patio with twin extensible awnings for additional shade
There are sun loungers, chairs, and enclosed garden, leading to the pool, and our olive tree.

KITCHEN:
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 ring gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. Plenty of worksurfaces and under cupboard lighting. Downlighters in the ceiling can be dimmed
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Fully tiled, as is the entire property. There is a solid oak table which extends to seat 8 comfortably, solid oak dresser, widescreen TV, DVD, VideoRecorder, Satellite (SKY), portable radio/CD player. The solid oak coffee table has storage inside with a few games. A selection of DVDs and CDs are stored in the hall cupboards.
The living area has french windows which open onto the south facing terrace with a dining table and chairs.
BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom has a queensize bed, mirrored wardrobes and shuttered windows
The second bedroom has a queensize bed, mirrored wardrobes and shuttered windows.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be combined as a double, mirrored wardbrobes and shuttered windows.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
End of stay clean included in price.
