ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Recently awarded 3 stars by the Comité Départemental Tourisme deux-Sevres, Belle Vue Gite is a two bedroomed, single storey accommodation for 6, with private garden and stunning views from the patio over towards the distant, tiny village of La Place. POOL:

Courtanne gites 13m, heated, saltwater pool is shared with the 2 other Gites (maximum total capacity 22 persons). There are internal steps at the 1m shallow end, a safety ledge around the 2m deep end. The pool is protected by fencing and lockable gates, as well as an alarm system.
The pools sun terrace overlooks miles of beautiful rural fields, with truly stunning views! and is furnished with sunloungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas.

GARDEN:

Belle Vue Gite has its own private garden overlooking sunflower fields, towards the tiny village of La Place. However, the majority of Courtanne Gites' 5 acres are available for your use.

PARKING:

There is ample off-road parking at Courtanne. Well away from the road and next to the house.

GAMES ROOM:

Courtanne’s indoor games area is located in our enormous barn. There are bikes available free of charge (and a limited supply of bike helmets), table-tennis, table-football, darts, gym equipment, outdoor games chest including footballs, badminton, cricket, tennis, boules, and toys for the younger children.
Also within the barn is a laundry area with washing machine, and large stone sink.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

A security cheque of £100 (€150) is required for each booking, per property.
This is returned to you after your holiday providing all terms and conditions of rental have been met, and the property is left as you find it, ie, clean and tidy with no damage, and breakages replaced with similar.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

All days of the week are considered on request for start/end of holidays.
Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 4pm, and must vacate by 10am on the last morning.

LINEN NOTES:

All linens are provided (beds, bathroom & kitchen). EXCEPT POOL TOWELS

Sorry, pets are not allowed at Courtanne Gites

ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:

Courtanne Gites has a 13m, heated, saltwater swimming pool available form Easter to the end of September. There are bikes available for you to use (a restricted number of helmets though, so you may want to bring your own!), one of which has a child-carrier on the back. There is a games chest for Rugby, football, cricket, pétanque on the gravel driveway, a badminton net & raquets, and a large games room in the barn with table-tennis, table-football & darts.

BOOKING NOTES:

Contact us for availability via e-mail info@courtanne-gites.com We require a (non-returnable)20% deposit within 7 days of the booking request, with the balance payable at least 6 weeks before the holiday start date. We also require a (returnable) £100 (€150) security/cleaning cheque.
