ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Awarded 3 stars by the Comité Départementale Tourisme Deux-Sevres, L'Hotel du Poulet is a single storey studio accommodation for 2. Benefiting from Air-conditioning in the summer months, L'hotel du Poulet is a comfortable property, ideally suited for couples, and those house-hunting in the quieter seasons.
POOL:
Courtanne gites 13m, heated, saltwater pool is shared with the 2 other Gites (maximum total capacity 22 persons). There are internal steps at the 1m shallow end, a safety ledge around the 2m deep end. The pool is protected by fencing and lockable gates, as well as an alarm system.
The pools sun terrace overlooks miles of beautiful rural fields, with truly stunning views! and is furnished with sunloungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
PARKING:
There is ample off-road parking at Courtanne. Well away from the road and next to the gite
UTILITY AREA:
La Vieille Maison has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron & board, hoover, cleaning equipment & products, and drying lines in the garden.
L'Hotel du poulet and Belle Vue are similarly equipped, except their washing machine is in the laundry area of the barn.
GAMES ROOM:
Courtanne’s indoor games area is located in our enormous barn. There are bikes available free of charge (and a limited supply of bike helmets), table-tennis, table-football, darts, gym equipment, outdoor games chest including footballs, badminton, cricket, tennis, boules, and toys for the younger children.
Also within the barn is a laundry area with washing machine, and large stone sink.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
A security cheque of £100 (€150) is required for each booking, per property.
This is returned to you after your holiday providing all terms and conditions of rental have been met, and the property is left as you find it, ie, clean and tidy with no damage, and breakages replaced with similar.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
All days of the week are considered on request for start/end of holidays.
Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 4pm on their 1st day, and must vacate the property before 10am on the last day.
LINEN NOTES:
All linens are provided (beds, bathroom & kitchen). EXCEPT POOL TOWELS
PET NOTES:
Pets are not allowed at Courtanne Gites
BABY FACILITY:
Cots and highchairs are available on request.
We also have small garden furniture for the little ones
ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:
Bikes are available, free of charge, on a 1st come-1st served basis.
there is table-football, table-tennis & darts in the barn, outdoors badminton, and a selection of equipment for football, cricket, boules etc for you to use.
BOOKING NOTES:
A (non-refundable)20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable at least 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
Cancellations within 6 weeks of the holiday start date are not refundable.
We advise all guests to take appropriate holiday insurance for such eventualities.
A security cheque of £100 (€150) is required, returned after the holiday if all terms and conditions are met, and the gite is left in the same condition as when you arrived, ie clean & tidy with damages replaced with similar.
