Brand new luxury villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and its own private pool. With stunning views over Kalkan bay it is the perfect place to unwind and relax in the sunshine. It has full air conditioning throughout with a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite, a full shower room downstairs and a full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms on the second floor. The villa is in a superb position just 5 minutes from the nearest restaurants and shops and only 10 minutes from the heart of Kalkan old town and the beach. It has its own private pool (approx 7 metres x 5 metres and 1.75 metres deep), with large patio/sun terrace area and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees. It is fully equipped with a large outside table which seats 10 people, 10 plastic chairs, 8 sunbeds with mattresses and 4 sun umbrellas to shade you from the sun. There is a portable BBQ and to top it all a built in BBQ on the 2nd floor where you can cook your freshly bought fish whilst sipping a cool beer and enjoying the sun setting over Kalkan bay.

Kirmizi Lale means "red tulip" in Turkish. It is pronounced "Krimzi La-lay". The villa is distinguished by having red tulips painted on two sides. The fully fitted kitchen comes with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is sufficient cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 10 people. In addition there is and iron and ironing board available. The living area has a working open fireplace, just in case the evening gets chilly (very unlikely), a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa and two armchairs. There is a TV and DVD player (with a selection of DVDs, a stero music system (with a selection of CDs) and a Playstation 1 (with a selection of PS1 games). There is also FREE internet access (just bring your own computer). The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dining table with eight chairs. There is a shower room on the ground floor comprising wc, basin and shower.

Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. It has stunning views from the large picture windows over Kalkan Bay and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. It has stunning views and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 3 is on the second floor and is a beautiful large room equipped with a double bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with an adjacent bathroom comprising wc, basin and shower.

Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers with an adjacent bathroom comprising wc, basin and shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a lovely balcony affording stunning views of the town and bay.

Towels and linen are provided, although you should bring your own pool / beach towels. The villa is cleaned every week (although this can be increased by arrangement, if you wish).

The villa is accessed via steep steps, which would prove challenging for people with physical disabilities.

Please note: this is a no smoking villa - smoking is only allowed outside.

Bookings are made direct with the owner. A non refundable deposit of £250 is required on booking with the balance payable 12 weeks prior to departure. A deposit of £250 to cover breakages is required with the final payment and will be returned within 14 days of the end of the hire period, assuming no problems.

If airport transfer is required, this should be arranged at the time of booking, with payment to be made direct to the driver. Prices are according to airport and size of car but start from £45 each way.

Once in Kalkan - you don't need to rent a car. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as is Kalkan beach. If you want to travel further afield, there plentiful cheap taxis or dolmus to take you to all the attractions in the area. Payment for car hire will be made direct to the company concerned.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeover day is usually Monday - but we can be flexible.

LINEN NOTES:

All linen including towels and beach towels are supplied and linen is changed once per week.
