You will be surprised at the inner space although, outside, the building seems small. This lodging, adjoining the owner's house but with a good soundproofing, can accomodate 7 to 9 people and 2 babies.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

This lodging, adjoining the owner's house but with a good soundproofing, can accomodate 7 to 9 people and 2 babies.
In the closed garden, facing the hill where the oaks grow, you could get a lot of the private swimming pool.

GARDEN:

A stone staircase goes to the second and large garden made in two parts. One with a large place with grass and a swing, and another large and secured place with the 8 x 4 meters swimming pool and the pool-house with sanitary installations.

Under the pool-house, a table and bench seats will allow you to take meals near the pool.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and an electric kettle.

The kitchen is widely open to a dining and living room with a big fireplace. There is also a hi-fi and some general information about the area and games.

BEDROOMS:

The first floor is reached by a wrought iron staircase, made here on the farm by the owner. Up the stairs, you have a minstrel gallery, wide and spacious, leading to the second living room / third bedroom.

The purple bedroom, spacious, has a double bed, a wardrobe, a baby cot and a tiny living room reserved for the children because it is under the roof, with a double sofa bed which can be usable only for young children.

The blue bedroom has a double bed, a baby cot and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
