ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Close to many prehistoric, religious, cultural and historical places. In a region well-known for its gastronomy and good wines. Near the bastide of Eymet and the river Dropt. Lauzanac is a small hamlet made up of three houses. You will be comfortable and will appreciate the quiet country of the Périgord. The Janssen family welcome you to the beautiful land of Lauzanac.
POOL:
The swimming-pool ( 8 x 4 meters ) is terraced and enclosed.
GARDEN:
The first part of the garden, close to the " Pigeonnier " has a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a swing.
The second part of the garden, turned to the meadow where the cows of the farm graze, is closed.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer and an electric kettle.
DINING AREA:
The dining room is close to the kitchen. A big table allow you to have family meal.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
There are a hi-fi, a television set and also a special place with books, games and different information about tourism in the area.
BEDROOMS:
Next to the mezzanine which has 1 single bed, the blue bedroom with 1 double bed and cupboards along one of the walls.
The green bedroom has 1 double bed and an old and beautiful wardrobe. Close to this room, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
With two separate entries, these rooms are suitable for two different families.
This room is built into the original part of the pigeon house. There is still the typical six-holes stone used by the pigeons as the way through the wall.
The orange bedroom has 2 single beds and a baby cot.
