ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

A 53.76 sq.m apartment on the first floor. 2 double bedrooms, dining room with satellite TV, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.

Our Farmhouse has 6 apartments with all the modern comforts. Apartments are on the first and ground floor. They have been newly renovated but maintaining the characteristic and traditional elements such as wooden ceilings and terracotta pavements.
Each apartment has a private entrance, kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher in the new apartments, mosquito nets and Satellite TV.

Since the year 2000 the property has been extended to 20ha. The newly bought property, named Monte, with the main house and two outbuildings. The newly restored outbuildings are 600m from the main house, in a wonderful position, among olive groves and vineyards, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape and San Gimignano towers in the distance. The larger outbuilding (barn) been converted into two apartments and the the other converted into one cottage with a view on the swimming pool. The main house is being converted into three apartments, with a main recreation room with large open fireplace shared by all the guests on the estate.

GARDEN:

Guests can enjoy walks or bike riding on the farm or in the marked tracks of the area or relax by the pool 8x16 surrounded by the beautiful countryside.
