POOL:

The swimming pool (shared with one other villa) has a very gently sloping shallow end so youngsters and non-swimmers have plenty of room to get in and cool down and will be able to judge when they are getting out of their depth. Also there are convenient underwater steps (at the shallow end) in addition to the usual vertical metal stepladder to get in and out.

GARDEN:

Extensive landscaped gardens.

PARKING:

Hard standing for 2 cars next to villa.

GAMES ROOM:

Lower level shady area for table tennis, etc.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeover day is Tuesday. Local airport is Chania - 40 minutes drive.

BABY FACILITY:

If you are proud new parents of a baby there is a high sided cot available on request. For kids a little older, a high chair and if you want to be sure your toddler is safe while you siester, we will provide a playpen.

There are safety gates to prevent toddlers wandering into danger, unsupervised onto the poolside.

BOOKING NOTES:

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
1) If the villa you want is available, we place a provisional reservation on it for 3 days to allow you the opportunity to book flights.

2) When you confirm you have flights, we send you a "Holiday Offer and Costing" which lists your booking details, together with any extras you may want.

3) A 20% deposit is required to finally secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Crete and we send you a reminder about 2 weeks before that.
