This beautifully furnished, 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private screened pool and spa/jacuzzi is available for rental. This lovely air conditioned home is situated in the Fabulous Glenbrook Resort just 5 miles from Disney and sleeps 8 people in 5 star comfort.

General

There is a telephone in the kitchen. Local calls are free. Long distance calls and international calls can be made by purchasing a telephone charge card (available from local stores and shops)

There is a generous supply of good quality bed linen, blankets, covers and towels available.

There is also a cot with bedding, if required, within the villa.

Global Management Company Inc. are on site to assist in all your requirements. They are based at the Community Clubhouse.

This luxury home has a wonderful 30' x 15' screened private swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi/extended decking. High quality patio furniture is placed around with a separate child screen (if required). Access to the pool is via the Livingroom, and both Master Bedrooms.

Both have Cable TV and adjoining bathrooms, which are large and spacious with large shower cubicle, roman bath, washbasins and vanity unit. Both rooms have walk in cupboards and hairdryers are supplied.

Bedroom 3

This is a large bedroom with quality twin beds, it has Cable TV, a large unit and walk in cupboards.

GAMES ROOM:

There is a separate Games Room with full size Pool table, table and chairs and a large selection of board and other games.

LINEN NOTES:

There is a generous supply of good quality bed linen, blankets, covers and towels available.

BABY FACILITY:

There is also a cot with bedding, if required, within the villa

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £100 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £75. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. A security deposit of £300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. To secure booking we require a deposit of £250. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the villas.
