This beautifully furnished, 4 Bedroom, 3½ bathroom villa with private screened pool and spa/jacuzzi is available for rental. This lovely air conditioned home is situated in the fabulous Glenbrook Resort just 5 miles from Disney and sleeps 8-9 people in 5 star comfort.
The Villa is equipped to a very high (executive) standard with Platinum Furniture throughout to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There are PGA Golf Courses, home to Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer just 5-10 minutes drive away. Supermarkets, including Super Wal Mart, Bars, Restaurants and other shopping are minutes away.
There is a telephone in the kitchen and Master Bedroom 4. Local calls are free. Long distance calls and international calls can be made by purchasing a telephone charge card (available from local stores and shops)
There is a generous supply of good quality bed linen, blankets, covers and towels available.
There is also a cot with bedding, if required, within the villa.
Global Management Company Inc. are on site to assist in all your requirements. They are based at the Community Clubhouse.

This luxury home has a wonderful 30' x 15' screened private swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi. High quality patio furniture is placed around with a separate child screen (if required). Access to the pool is via the Great Room, Master Bedroom 4 or the separate WC.
KITCHEN:
The Kitchen Area is fully equipped with everything you could possible want and more:

The Great Room and Formal Dining Area have large comfortable sofas and chairs. There is Formal Dining for 6 or 8. The Great Room is equipped with a Large Cable TV, DVD Player, VCR, Portable CD Player and Playstation 2 with a selection of Playstation 2 games, DVDs, CDs, Videos, Books and Board Games.
BEDROOMS:
The 2 Master Bedrooms are large luxury rooms with Beautiful King sized beds, bedroom suites and plenty storage space. Both have Cable TV and adjoining bathrooms, which are large and spacious with large shower cubicle, roman bath, double washbasins and vanity unit. Both rooms have walk in cupboards and hairdryers are supplied.
The other two bedrooms are large with quality twin beds in bedroom 3 and a quality bunk bed with queen bed on bottom and single on top in bedroom 4. Both have Cable TV's, large units and walk in cupboards.
GAMES ROOM:
There is a separate Games Room with full size Pool table, table and chairs and a large selection of board and other games.

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £100 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £75. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. A security deposit of £300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. To secure booking we require a deposit of £250. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the villas.
