ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Syd (Father) and Phil (Son) have a one bedroom apartment set on the first floor of a small privately owned complex called the Funchal in Los Cristianos on the south side of the island, we are now able to let the apartment from £180.00 per week for up to 4 people throughout most of the year. The complex is set on four floor's. The swimming pool is on first floor level. As there are no lift's on the complex we would deem our apartment not suitable for wheelchair/disabled people.
There is a local taxi rank outside the Tenerife Sur this is located across the road from our apartment. A local shop has safety deposit boxes and also arranges various tours around the island. There is a supermarket across the road and some bars and restaraunts locally. The main bus station if arround 300 meters away and the beach or town centre is 7 minutes away
