POOL:

The pool area is beautiful, set in gardens with banana trees, honeysuckle and a whole host of exotic flowering plants. There is a bar and shop around the pool, ideal for an afternoon snack or that sundown drink.

PATIO:

There are 2 patio areas; one on the ground floor and one on the roof level which also has its own kitchen area. There are patio tables and chairs on both and sun beds on the roof. The kitchen area on the roof also has a washing machine and drying facilities. There is also a barbecue and an extra cd player on the roof level.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The living room has two 3-seater settees which convert to beds if extra guests are required. It is fully air-conditioned with satellite television, dvd player which also plays cd’s and mp3 discs. There are also games on the tv to keep the kids amused.

BEDROOMS:

There are 4 bedrooms, one double with en-suite, one with twin beds with en-suite, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds. There is a main bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, and a further toilet on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a cot. There is a fan in the bunk room but all the other bedrooms are air-conditioned.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

The villa is located on a large complex located approximately 2 miles from Belek and 2 miles from Kadriye. The area is surrounded by pine and eucalyptus forests with the Taurus Mountains as a glorious backdrop. During the winter skiing is available about an hour away in Sakilkent.
There are several ancient Roman sites to visit at Perge, Aspendos and Side. Several of the nearby hotels have waterparks for the kids (and big kids) to enjoy.
The nearest beaches are both about 2 miles away and both have bars, restaurants and sports facilities available.

The area is quickly becoming a rival to the Algarve and Costa Del Sol for golf. By the end of the year (2006) there will be 7 courses within 10 minutes of the villa, all of a very high standard. The two newest have been designed by Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie. They are far cheaper than Spain and Portugal, with a round in the high season costing about £50.00. Many of the courses have 27, 36 or even 45 holes and will test the skills of all standards
