ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

The property is designed as a large spacious 4 bedroomed Villa with an adjoining single bedroom apartment, sometimes used by the owners. The main villa has 2 bedrooms, double and twin, both with on-suites on the first floor and a lounge leading out onto expansive sun terrace with stunning views across the valley to the sea. On the ground floor there are 2 further twin bedrooms with shared bathroom and spacious dinning/kitchen. There are both internal and external stairs to the first floor. The addtional apartment has a large double bedroom and on-suite on the first floor with a large studio/kitchen and entrance hall.The apartment studio has a double sofa bed and arm chairs and with the the further sofa bed inthe main villa lounge the whole property will accomodate up to 14 people.The villa can be rented as the main 4 bedroom villa or as the complete 5 bedroom property as extra cost.(contact the owners for detail For winter weeks the house is heated and has wood burners on both floors.
