ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
We have many visitors returning again and again to enjoy the peaceful and informal setting and our central location ensures easy access to all the beaches, countryside and attractions of Pembrokeshire.
At Little Loveston we have four stone cottages (all with their own private gardens), a games room and an old railway carriage set around a large courtyard. In the surrounding fields are play areas with swings; slide; fort etc., football and volleyball/badminton

PARKING:
Car parking:- There is ample parking ( including space for boats, trailers etc) located away from the buildings and The Old Farmhouse has its' own driveway and parking.
KITCHEN:
Kitchen and dining area at far end with door leading into garden. Fridge,electric cooker, Microwave. Shared freezer, washing machine and dryer facilities are in a separate utility room.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
Open plan living area with freeviewTV/ video, radio and wood burner, and stairs leading upstairs

GAMES ROOM:
Playground & Games Room
The Playground is located behind the cottages, away from any cars and surrounded by fields.
The play area has a slide, sandpit, hill fort, and swings as well as an area for badminton, volleyball., croquet or just letting off steam. There is also a field at the front with goalposts for footballers.
The games room has pool and table tennis tables together with storage for croquet and badminton equipment.
There are board games, puzzles, dartboard and large boxes of Duplo and bricks, together with a wood burning stove for a rainy day.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Arrivals and Departures:- Landsker House, Long Barn and Loveston Barn are Saturday bookings, The Old Farmhouse is a Friday booking. We can be flexible out of season. You are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm. Departure time is 10am.
LINEN NOTES:
Bedding:- We supply all bed linen. Please bring your own towels and tea towels etc unless it should prove impractical due, for example to air travel.
BABY FACILITY:
Babies:- We can provide cot and highchair, as well as arrange baby sitting

BOOKING NOTES:
A deposit of 30% (or minimum of £50) to be paid at time of booking and the balance to be sent 2 months before the holiday. If you have to cancel the holiday, we will make every effort to re-let and, if successful, will refund your money up to the value of the replacement booking.
BATHROOM/ENSUITE:
Bathroom with bath (with shower attachment),
wc and wash handbasin.
