ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

From the entrance hall an archway leads into a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into a lounge with a wood burning fire and satellite TV/DVD/CD and a further archway then leads to a separate dining room with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor there is another lounge themed in an Ottoman style equipped with TV/DVD/CD and a PlayStation 2 and there is also a toilet/shower room. Downstairs there is a fully equipped Games Room with table tennis, darts, weights, a punchbag and a cross-trainer. There is also a toilet/shower and bar area - ideal for the more energetic members of your party.

The next floor includes a master bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet shower room. All these rooms are equipped with stylish handmade furniture and have king size beds - all the rooms are air-conditioned.

DINING AREA:

The Dining Room seats 8 and there is another Dining Area for 8 close by on the poolside terrace together with a BBQ.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

The property has a full clean weekly and this includes changing towels and linen. The cleaning can be done more often for a small charge.

BOOKING NOTES:

The rental rates are for the whole villa for up to 12 people for 1 week, if you book 6 months ahead deduct 10%. For parties of 6 or less staying outside the High Season deduct 15%. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no extra charges.

A free Welcome Pack is provided and a full cleaning service is provided weekly while the pool and garden are maintained daily. We can provide return transfers to the villa from Dalaman Airport (50 minutes) by car/minibus for £84/£130. We can also arrange car/jeep/minibus rental for £125/£210/£305 per week.

To book send a 20% deposit with a Booking Form (see 'Rates & Calendar' page on our website) and the balance is then paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a £150 returnable damage deposit. Payments can be made by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on the Booking Form on our website.
