We have spacious, thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped cottages with a private indoor heated pool (32ft x 18ft). There are a total of 5 cottages set in 30 acres of woodland including a fishing lake.
Valley Springs offers a relaxed peaceful ambience giving you the freedom to enjoy your holiday in an exclusive setting. We are 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 7 minutes from our nearest country pub. We also accept well behaved dogs although they must not chase our pet ducks! There is ample space for them to run however.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

In a beautiful, secluded valley, between Dartmouth and Salcombe in South devon offer you peace and fresh air. Unwind by the log fire, enjoy the heated pool, sauna and woodland trail, fish the lakes, walk the countryside, have fun on the beach and water.
Our properties include Brown Trout Cottage, a superb property, ideal for couples and smaller families. Private entrance from a rear courtyard and own internal access to the swimming pool. Badger Cottage and Kingfisher cottage are extremely spacious adjoining cottages overlooking the garden. Both very similar with wood burners and large family kitchens. Both have a enclosed patio area as well as use of the gardens and woodland.
Fingerling is the very large original farmhouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Dove-cote is the new house built in the spring of 2005 which has three bedrooms, one of which is downstaire including a ground floor bathroom both of which have disabled access. The Dove Cote has a large verandah overlooking the valley.
If you enjoy wildlife, this is the location for you, no street lamps and the hoot of owls will delight.
