The centre of the house is a large, open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Behind this, on the ground floor, is a double bedroom with adjacent shower room and a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and doors opening out onto the pool terrace. There is also a small library room with a mezzanine day bed. Accessed by a staircase from the pool terrace, there is a further twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and logia overlooking the pool terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a door to the shaded south terrace.

All the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and fans.

The shaded south terrace has a dining table and seats. The terrace in front of the house is a cool green space shaded by a vine. To the rear of the house is an extensive terrace area. The part shaded by a roof has a table and seats. There is a large area shaded by a fabulous bouganvillea covered pergola, and under which is a built-in barbeque and an outside dining area. There is a further shaded area where you can relax on sun loungers. In the centre, there is a 8m x 4m pool, surrounded by a lush garden and with its own pool house complete with WC and shower. The combination of outside spaces offer very comfortable al-fresco living throughout the summer.
