The house is on two floors, with the lounge having an airy, double height, cane-and-pole ceiling. The bedrooms offer views over the pool, the gardens and the valley. There are four bedrooms sleeping a maximum of eight people. On the ground floor, there is one double and one twin bedroom which share a bathroom. There is also a seperate cloakroom. On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine that overlooks the lounge and dining room, two twin bedrooms (one en-suite) and an additional shower room.

The house is very well equipped throughout. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee-maker. There is a laundry adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an open-plan dining and living area with shuttered windows, air conditioning and central heating, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter.

There is a shaded seating and dining area looking out over the gardens and the valley below. From most areas in and around the house there are unrestricted panoramic views over the valley and hills. The pool and terrace area has a small amount of lawn, ideal for children.
