ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
During your stay at Dolphin Villas you will have the use of our full size pool and spa as well as all the luxury of living in a true floridian style home,as you would expect of a luxury equipped home everything is taken care of.Your stay with us will be a relaxing experience and if you wish to use them,we are within 10 -15minutes of the disney attractions so you can relax with quick journeys to and from your chosen destination
POOL:
The pool area is directly at the rear of the villa and and looks out onto Pinewood lake. There is also a table, chairs and sun loungers for your use. The pool itself measures approximately 14 ft by 28 ft and comes with heating if required at a slight premium. There is also a spa/jacuzzi for your pleasure. All the spa controls are automatic, just turn the dial past 10 minutes and enjoy. In accordance with florida law there are pool alarms so you can relax without worry if your children try to gain access to the pool area.
Pool/spa Heating is available on request either when booking or through guest services once there. The cost for this service is £100 ($150) per week.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is situated to the right side of the formal living area. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer,cooker,microwave & dishwasher with all the plates,crockery and glasses you could need. There is also a small dining table able to seat four people.The washer and dryer are located in the washroom in the entrance to the garage.
DINING AREA:
The dining room is located at the front of the house behind the kitchen and can comfortably seat you should you choose to dine in.It has ample seating for 8 people and all necessary equipment for an evenings entertainment.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
On entering the villa you will be in the foyer which has ample space for all your needs. The view that presents itself is the one shown opposite, the formal living area. Contained within are two 3 seater sofas with a further 4 person sofa. For your entertainment there is a large 32" Tv with Digital Cable, dvd player, ps2 and portable music system.The house also has a radio /tannoy system allowing music in all rooms .Two coffee tables and table lamps strategically placed complete the room for your pleasure. The view from the main window looks out over the pool area and onto Pinewood lake.
BEDROOMS:
The villa comes with 5 large double sized bedrooms .One has a King size bed and two have queen size beds with large wardrobes which includes all towels and linens.The master bedroom comes with 25" cable television and a ceiling fan as well as ample drawer space to store all off your belongings. You are able to look out onto the pool area or go through the patio doors for a dip without going through the main house. There is also an alarm clock so that you don't miss those early park opening times.
There are two double bedrooms complete with 19 inch remote control cable television, a further two bedrooms offer twin bedsone room comes with a 19 inch TV, all located on the second floor. They all have built in wardrobes and large drawers for your storage.The rooms have all linens included and the use of two full size bathrooms which also comes with all necessary towels.
GAMES ROOM:
Our games room consists of a pool table,ping pong table and Air hockey table rounded of with a soft tip darts board.

Easter £725 pw
The cost of pool heating is £100 ($150) per week.
All the above prices include all Florida taxes at 12 % and are per week for the villa & not per person.
