ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

There are 2 twin bedrooms and one double room with shower/toilet en suite.The main bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.
The attractive lounge/dining room with its natural stone fire-place, TV, DVD, CD-radio opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the mature garden.
The new well equipped kitchen has a 4 gas ring cooker, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven,dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.

POOL:

The pool is approximately 6 X 12m. It measures 90cm in the shallow end and 210cm at the deepest point. It is reached by a short flight of steps from the house terrace. The is also a pleasant BBQ area with built-in table. An excellent spot from where to watch the sun set.

GARDEN:

The villa is set on the edge of a small pine wood to the north. On the south side is a pleasant lawn, where the children can play.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

The maid will come for 2 hours 3 times per week (including the end cleaning).
She will change the sheets once a week and the towels twice a week. Beach towels are not provided.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Change-over day is Saturday (This can be varied at the beginning and end of season).
Entry into the villa is 14H and exit at 10H - unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

PET NOTES:

Pets will be considered, on request.

BABY FACILITY:

There is a cot available and also a high chair for babies.

The villa is only 500m from the busy little village of San Jose with all its, shops, banks, bars, resturants, etc.

BOOKING NOTES:

Half the total rent is payable by bank transfer upon reservation. The balance is due, in cash, on arrival.
There is a returnable breakage deposit required of €500, also payable in cash on arrival.
