ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Apartment Graukogel is a light, spacious apartment set in a quiet central location of the picturesque town of Bad Gastein in the Austrian Alps. On the eastern flank of the Gastein valley, less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bad Gastein, the apartment is ideally situated for activities such as skiing and ice climbing in the winter, or biking and walking in the summer.
Those wanting a quiet holiday can relax in or amongst the spas and wellness of the valley.
Boasting a balcony with views to the Stubnerkogel, a garden, large store room and drying room, the apartment is the traditional wood throughout and gives a very warm and homely feel. After a day's activities, relax by the log fire in the vast living/dining room. The apartment is 80m2, sleeps 6 easily with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa that converts to a comfortable double bed in the lounge. The open plan kitchen adjoining the lounge/dining area is well equipped with all new utensils and everything you could need including a fridge freezer and dish washer. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

There is a separate drying room suitable for ski or walking equipment.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
The apartment has a vast lounge and dining room with more than enough space for 6 adults. The lounge also has a wood burning stove for those cosy winter's evenings by the fire.
BEDROOMS:
There are 2 double bedrooms with two single duvets and pillows for each bed provided. The sofa in the lounge sleeps another 2 guests comfortably, again two single duvets and pillows are provided. All bed linen is provided.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Final cleaning is included in the price.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Changeover days at the apartment is Friday. We only normally accept bookings from Friday to Friday. If you would like to book a different changeover day, please contact us.
LINEN NOTES:
All bed linen is provided for your stay.
PET NOTES:
We do not allow pets.
ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:
There are a selelction of games provided in the apartment for you to use.
