ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Nestling on the shores of Lake Garda, our lovely and exclusive 1 bedroom detached bungalow is the ideal location to discover the delights of the largest of the wonderful Italian Lakes.
Our small parkland lies at foot of the surrounding hills, right on the shores of Lake Garda. Torre degli Ulivi offers fantastic views over the Lake and famous Monte Baldo, peace and tranquility and is an ideal base for those who want to explore what Lake Garda has to offer.
For those of you who are passionate about more extreme sports or if you just want to give it a try, our part of the Lake is famous the world over for the exciting sports of windsurfing and kite-surfing (equipment hire available on request). Alternatively, relax in the gardens or on the beach and soak up the sun and great lake views.
The shore-side town of Limone sul Garda is only 10 minutes away from us and offers everything you want on your Italian holiday; restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors and of course the ferries, ideal if you want to avoid the holiday traffic.
The bungalow is located within easy reach of airports, surrounding countryside and even Milan, Venice, Trento and Verona. It provides an ideal base for a most enjoyable holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy.
And if you need a helping hand with anything? We are always on hand and more than happy to provide suggestions, useful information and to answer any of your queries.
Our parkland is gated and we offer secure car-parking on the inside of the grounds.
The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi shower and hair-dryer.
The bedroom has twin beds which become a double, if needed. To offer some flexibility for your stay, there are another 2 single beds available in the room. Alternatively there is a double sofa bed in the living area.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
All cleaning is provided and included in the price. Any additional cleaning must be ordered and paid for on arrival.
CHANGEOVER NOTES:
Changeover days are Saturday. If you need flexibility on this, please contact us.
LINEN NOTES:
All bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Any additional changes of linen must be ordered and paid for on arrival.
BOOKING NOTES:
We currently accept bookings for periods between 31 March 2007 and 3 November 2007. Booking must be made between Saturdays only. If you need some flexibility on these conditions or wish to book a period outside of these dates, please contact us.
30% deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 56 days prior to arrival.
