ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Our villa is situated in the gated community of The Manors at Westridge on Highway 27. Westridge has its own childrens playground, community swimming pool etc. and a golf course right on the doorstep.
the house has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 11 with 2 bathrooms (master en-suite), is fully air conditioned with a private screened swimming pool and is immaculately furnished.
POOL:
The fully screened off large swimming pool has a patio area consisting of 2 loungers a table and chairs. There is also a small table and chairs for young children and a few toys for their enjoyment.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped fitted kitchen - fridge freezer, oven, microwave etc.
UTILITY AREA:
The utility room is complete with washing machine and dryer.
LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:
There are two living areas. On entering is our 1st living area with dining table and chairs, two sofas and TV unit with video.
BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom just off main living area also leads onto the swimming pool area, has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom consisting of shower unit with seating, w.c and washhand basin and power points.
2nd Bedroom consisting of super king size bed and wardrobes.
3rd Bedroom contains 2 twin beds and wardrobe space.
4th Bedroom has a double bed and single bed with wardrobe space.
LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:
Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and Cypress Gardens are all just a short drive away as is International Drive. The beaches of both the West and East Coasts are just over an hour's drive away, as is Kennedy Space Center. Almost next door is a large Publix supermarket and a huge Wal-Mart minutes away along Highway 27
BOOKING NOTES:
Prices on this website are in UK Pounds. Any dollar rates shown are just a guide worked out at around 1.75 US dollars to the UK Pound.
The actual rate charged will depend on the exchange rate in effect at the time of paying.
£100 deposit per week required at time of booking, non refundable if you cancel.
Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £150 is to be paid at time of booking and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay if no damages are reported.
