ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Two apartments in traditional stone mountain house in charming and tranquil Pyrenean village. Set at the end of the Ossau Valley, said by some to be the most beautiful and spectacular of the Pyrenean valleys, the area combines modern tourism with two ski resorts, fantastic walking with mountain paths, rivers and lakes, and a pastoral lifestyle, where shepherds make cheese the traditional way.

Both apartments are very spacious and fully centrally heated.

Apartment 1 – Le Milan Royale

Large apartment (70 m²) in a traditional stone mountain house – on two levels. Sleeps 4 to 6 people.

 Ground floor: American kitchen with traditional oak counter and stools. Fully equipped with mini cooker, microwave, gas hob with three plates, large fridge/freezer, Italian cafetière, fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery
 Large living room dining area with two dining tables, six chairs and living room with large corner sofa, leather armchair, TV/DVD. Leads onto a south facing terrace with views over the mountains. An interior terrace has a wooden oak bar and a cocktail set with a book of cocktail recipes. Garden furniture: stools for bar, table and plenty of chairs, sunshade and sunloungers.
 First floor with one bedroom with double bed, through archway into a sleeping area with a single bed, and wardrobe
 Separate room with two single beds on a spacious mezzanine level and one bed in a room below the mezzanine, including wardrobe. Double doors lead onto a south facing balcony with magnificent views over the mountains and the villages below.
 Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, WC. Separate WC.



Apartment 2 – Le Four à Pain

Large apartment (70 m²) in a traditional stone mountain house – on two levels. Sleeps 4 to 6 people.

Ground floor – large stone open fireplace, with living area including sofa and TV/DVD
First floor: Parquet floored kitchen/dining area with American kitchen fully equipped with with mini cooker, microwave, electric hob with two plates, fridge with ice compartment, Italian cafetière, fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery
Dining table with six chairs and double sofa bed. Original bread oven in the corner (for decorative purposes only).

Spacious Mezzanine level with two single beds and wardrobe.

Separate sleeping area with mezzanine level and two single beds.

Bathroom with shower unit and WC.
Separate shower unit.

LINEN NOTES:

Blankets and pillows are provided. Towels are not provided.
Bed linen is available at an extra charge of 10 euros per set.
Tea towels and washing up/cleaning equipment is provided.
