LA BOHEME a detached gite with private vine patio, bordered with roses
and herbs, sleeps up to 5 people. Exposed beams to all rooms. All ground floor.

A large kitchen/dining room and living area. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, gas oven, microwave. Woodburner for the winter months. Satellite colour television/video. C.D. player.

Bedroom 1 has three single beds. Bedroom 2 has double bed with French doors leading out to patio. Large shower room with washbasin, w.c. shaver point and hairdryer. Separate service room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cot and highchair available on request. Linen and towels supplied. Garden furniture with Gaz barbecue makes an ideal setting for meals outdoors.

Barbeque and wine included on day of arrival June to September. Village restaurant/bar a short pleasant stroll away. Evening meals available in the farmhouse.

Large games room with table tennis, darts, pool, small snooker table and more. Selection of bicycles.

In a separate utility room a tumble dryer can be used for a small charge.

In the mature enclosed gardens of over one acre we can offer you a 7.5 metre swimming pool, reaching over 85 degrees in summer. A converted barn is used as a games room with pool, darts, table tennis, and small snooker table. Boules, croquet, skittles, ect for outside use. Selections of adults and childrens bicycles are available so you can explore our lovely village and countryside. Walks and cycle ride details are provided in the gite along with books and leaflets about our region with numerous suggested places to visit.

Pleasant walks, rambles or bicycle rides can be found from this typical French village. A Roman church, friendly bar/restaurant and tennis courts only a short stroll away. Fresh bread delivered daily and a butchers van visiting once a week.
