The dolmus runs directly to Fethiye and skies the limit to where you want to travel from the coach station, dolmus station and boats. You can also travel to Rhodes on the Hydrofoil.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Our apartment is a 3 bedroom duplex. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both have fitted wardrobes. The double has it’s own balcony. There is also a bathroom and kitchen/living room, which leads on to another balcony. The kitchen is fully equiped with washing machine, dish-washer, fridge-freezer, microwave and utensils for up to 8 people. There is also table and six chairs, sofa bed and TV and DVD player. All rooms have aircon and are furnished to a high standard.

On the second floor there is a further bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another living room which has a three piece suite, coffee table, TV and DVD player. This upper floor has slopping ceilings.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay and there is also hairdryers, iron and ironing board.

No Smoking Policy
To enable us to continue to offer a pleasant environment for ALL of our visitors, we have introduced a NO SMOKING policy for the inside of the villa. Smokers are respectfully asked to smoke outside the villa.

Location
Situated approx 20 minutes from the seafront of the small holiday resort called Çalis Beach. Calis enjoys refreshing afternoon breezes and beautiful red sunsets every day.
At Calis you can find the best Turkish cuisine in the many restaurants, plus a wide variety of bars and clubs. Enjoy evening meals at one of the many promenade restaurants and watch the incomparable sunset.

This part of Turkey is known as the "Turquoise Coast" and is an excellent location for exploring the magnificent, majestic Aegean and Mediterranean seas. This beautiful stretch of coastline has welcoming resorts and top class facilities, varied entertainment and ancient history. The coastal footpath offers superb walking with wonderful views of the dramatic shoreline, while inland the wild beauty of the Fethiye region waits to be discovered. There are plenty of things to do in and around Calis.

Insurance - As Turkey is outside the EEC your E111 does not cover you for medical treatment. It is essential that you take holiday insurance as we in the past have had to make a claim and it is a necessity. Would recommend Direct Travel who we have had dealings with and are excellent.

BOOKING NOTES:

A £50 deposit per week required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. £100 security bond is required per booking for any breakages/malicious damage which will be refunded on return.
