The above picture is the first interior sitting room photo, prior to the brochure being completed. Internally this is considered to be one of the most stunning cottages in Polperro.

Additional heating can be found in night store heaters, electric radiators and fan heaters as well as the log burner.

PARKING:

The cottage is over 400 years old, and has the usual benefit of private parking within the village centre. An additional parking space is available at £20 for the week.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully fitted to a very high standard, including built in oven and hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, 800 watt microwave etc. with all necessary kitchenware provided. There is a patio / barbecue area at the rear.

There are two double bedrooms, two galleried single bedroom areas all with exposed planked floors which have been hand polished.

All beds are of Victorian style and single beds can be placed together if required. Both bedrooms have access to their own gallery each offering a luxury sleeping area. All bedding is provided. The sofas also convert to double beds, however I would highlight these are of high quality and not perhaps what your imagination would initially expect.
