ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Situated in a secluded and quiet location in the village of Tala 6km north of Paphos, this lovely air-conditioned two-bedroom house has panoramic views from the upstairs across Paphos to the crystal blue Mediteranean Sea beyond.

The house which is south-facing, is positioned within a horse-shoe shaped cul-de-sac which is based on a small select development in a residential area. It has ample parking at the front of the house.

Steps lead from the back garden to the large kidney-shaped pool which is sheltered from the wind and has plenty of sun. This lovely pool is for the sole use of the residents and is surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs which are well established. It is subtly lit at night and a pool shower is available.

Bed linen and towels are provided (except beach towels).

A couple of bars, restaurants and a delicatessant with excellent food are located within 200 metres. The main traditional village square is no more than 600 metres away. Here you will find a quaint square with church, supermarket, pub, a smattering of Cypriot tavernas and a romantic English bistro/restaurant with breathtaking views overlooking Paphos and the surrounding coastline.
