Casa Jutta is a fine restored barn with two bedrooms situated in one of the prettiest parts of Tuscany, where the countryside is largely wooded and characterized by numerous vineyards and olive groves inspiring painters and poets.

The area is ideal for walking, cycling and horse-riding as well for boar and bird hunting.

Casa Jutta lies in the countryside northeast of Lucca, in a sunny position, surrounded by wonderful wooded hills.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

The house has been carefully refurbished using local materials and traditional methods. Walls are in brick and stone, and wooden ceiling beams have been left exposed. It has been decorated with antiques and newer stylish pieces of furniture, with wood and wrought-iron complementing the rustic atmosphere.

The house for rent is attached to a farmhouse (the owners' residence) but has an independent entrance. The property is overlooking a large garden, an olive grove, and has a large private swimming pool. Guests can take their meals on a tiled, furnished terrace with a wonderful view on the valley. The grounds are enclosed, and visitors have a large private parking area.

Casa Jutta, with its 80 m2, offers accommodation for four persons, ideally a family with two children.

The ground floor consists of an entrance, a completely equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher), and a large living room with TV and double sofabed.

A beautiful stone staircase with an iron-cast banister leads to the first floor with the master bedroom and a second bedroom with two bunkbeds. This floor has a bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine.
