ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
This extraordinary house is located between Sóller and Deia on a 3,000 sqm plot. The location is a bit remote, although there are a couple of houses in the neighbourhood. Can Gema is the last house in a row of small properties. The plot invites to explore and rest and offers a wonderful view over the open sea.
The house is entered through a arge wooden door. From here you acces a 60 sqm large patio (interior yard) with tables and chairs.
The house itself consists of one large and high room with open sleeping gallery in the (open) first floor. The ground floor has a living room / corner with 2 small sofas and small tables. Next to this, there is a large wooden table with chairs. The old open Majorcan kitchen is fully equipped. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet in Can Gema.
The sleeping gallery is accessed by stairs and offers space for 2-3 persons sleeping on good matresses; it is very original and cosy, but not suitable for luxury-oriented persons.
The entire design of the house is very individual and colourful with many nice details; the owner of the house is an artist. The large plot of the house is left in it´s original wild state on purpose. It offers space for relaxing and enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the open sea (teak furniture is available).
The remoteness of this house makes it the ideal place for lovers of nature and quietness. Shopping, dining out and swimming is possible in Deia (10 minutes driving), Lluc Alcari or Sóller (15 minutes driving). A car is indispensable.
