Car hire is not necessary. The beach is only 5 minutes walk, as is the shop, bus stop and taxi office. There is a large shaded terraced area to sit and enjoy a drink and al fresco dining with a barbeque. The pool with sun loungers and parasols can be enjoyed during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. All bedrooms have mountain views.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

There is plenty to see and do for all ages, and many companies offer special activities and trips including paragliding, jeep safari and trips to the turtle beaches. An excellent day out is a boat trip with Mehmet, which includes trips to several 'blue bays', lunch and the opportunity for a Turkish mud bath and a banana boat ride.

The local markets are amazing and definitely an experience! You can buy nearly everything, especially cheap 'designer' clothes and haggling is a must.

BOOKING NOTES:

The non-returnable deposit is 25% of the total rental and is payable by cheque, to be sent with the booking form. A damage deposit of £150 is also required with the booking form, refundable on arrival in the UK (if everything is satisfactory).

The final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.
