ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Description ; On the ground floor there is an attractive lounge-dining room with French windows on to the pool terrace and CD/Radio, satellite-TV and 2 bedrooms; 1 double (in the tower) and 1 twin, 1 complete bathroom, the Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave etc. Upstairs is another twin bedroom with its own shower-toilet and seperate dressing-room. The bedrooms and lounge area have air conditioning (at extra charge). There is a lovely small garden with terraces and BBQ. It is 500 Mts. from San José village & 5kms from various beautiful beaches. Parking area at the Villa.
Arrival / Departure
Change over days are Saturdays. Entry to the Villa is 1400 hrs and exit on subsequent Saturday is no later than
10.00 hrs in order that the Maid can prepare the Villa for following guests.
Services
You will arrive to find the Villa clean & ready for you with towels for each guest.. Please note, however, that the Villa does not provide large beach/pool towels and Villa towels should not be taken to the beach.
The cleaning lady comes 3 times weekly. Sheets are changed weekly, towels twice a week. A 500 euro deposit) is payable on arrival which is refunded on departure less breakages if any and air conditioning
