ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

The Golden Dreams Complex was completed in July 2005, we are situated close to the centre of Sunny Beach about 200 metres from the bus station in the direction of nesebar. There is a 24hr reception where you can book taxis or rent a safety deposit box, the receptionists are very knowledgeable and speak very good English. The complex has several lifts and wheelchair access, the Restaurant and bar are open from 8am- 2am. The gorgeous sandy beach is about 250 metres away, which is a 10 minute stroll (no hills). There are quality tennis courts about 50m from the complex. The biggest and cheapest supermarket in Sunny Beach is about 100 metres behind the complex, serving a massive selection of Beers, wines, fresh friut, veg, bread, hot cooked meals are also available from the deli counter. The Aqua park is only a 20min walk or 5 mins by taxi away. The apartment will be cleaned and clean towels and bed linen will be in place for your arrival, this service is included in the overall cost, extra cleaning and clean linen can be requested during your stay from reception, for this service a local charge will apply. Pre booked taxi transfers can be arranged, the current cost from Bourgas Airport to Sunny Beach is 45 Leva.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The lounge area is very spacious with a double and single sofa bed, there is a telephone, TV, DVD and CD player with a varying choice of DVD'S and CD's at your disposal, the lounge also leads to both balconies, the side balcony overlooks the pools, while the front balcony is more private where you can sit and watch the world go by.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeover days are flexible, and whenever possible we will allow guests to stay in the apartment until their flight time.

LINEN NOTES:

The apartment will be cleaned and clean bed linen and towels will be in place for your arrival, there is no extra charge for this service. Extra cleaning and linen changes can be requested from reception, a local charge will apply for this service.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

For those guests who prefer a quiet holiday in warmer than average weather, our apartment also offers off peak breaks at low cost. May, June, September and October present sunny weather, local taverners and many culteral amenities without the crowds or noise of high season.Why not try a long weekend or short mid-week break

BOOKING NOTES:

A 20% non-returnable deposit will secure your booking. Once i have confirmed the availabilty of the apartment, i will hold the dates for 2 weeks to allow receipt of the deposit, the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

BATHROOM/ENSUITE:

The shower room is wet room, care should be taken on the wet floor after the shower has been used.
