"Quinta da Praia" is a private Complex with gardens, swimming-pools, secure garage and space for cars ..

This complex has 3 floors with 6/7 apartments each. It has a lift, from the garage until the top floor.


This Ideal 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people, and is located on the 2nd floor at the 'Quinta da Praia' private complex, overlooking the shared pool and gardens.

The Apartment has an open lounge / diner with sofa bed for two persons, and also a hanging Brazilian chair in the lounge. Other facilities include a hair drier, iron and vacuum cleaner, brushes and a heater.

The Kitchen also has an orange juice machine and a espresso coffee machine.

A table and chair set is available for putting out on the balcony for your meals.

All around the apartment we have sea views, with the possibility of sun all day long.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the picturesque town of Alvor in the unspoilt western part of Algarve and only 600 metres from the Beach !


Linen and bath towels are always provided, and changed every week.

Heating is available in the winter with a small extra daily charge, if required.

* A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement. Payment is by bank transfer directly to the owners bank account.Check- In is on Saturdays after 15.00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check- Out is by 12.00 hrs on Departure Day.

* Please note it is your Responsibility to take out Personal Insurance during your stay.We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion. All year round rental is possible in this apartment.
